How do I start therapy?
The first thing to do is contact me either through text message, email or by phone and we will set up an initial appointment. At the initial appointment, I will ask you questions to get to know you better so we can set up a plan to help reach your goals. After that, you can decide if you would like to schedule a follow-up appointment to begin counseling.
Is therapy confidential?
Yes! The law protects the relationship between a client and a therapist. I will only disclose information if you provide written permission.
How does payment work?
I accept cash or all major debit/credit cards. Payment is due at the start of each session. Many people choose to pay by debit/credit card and I keep the information on file so we don't have to waste time with payment. Please note that I do charge the full fee for appointments that are not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice from time of appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
I am an out-of-network provider. This ensures the most confidentiality and flexibility for my clients. I provide clients with the necessary paperwork to submit a claim to their insurance company for reimbursement. Most clients receive 60-80% of the cost of the session back. Please contact your insurance company for details, and feel free to give them my information if they have any questions.

The office is located in the vibrant Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. The address is 278 Union Ave., Office C, Brooklyn, NY 11211. It is two blocks from the Lorimer L/G train, 4 stops from Union Square.
